Khushhal Khan exhibit such a mature approach to content for someone his age.

Khushhal Khan most certainly appears to be on the up and up in terms of being a sensational player in the Pakistani entertainment sector. Currently seen in the dramas Mohabbat Gumshuda Meri and with his movie debut in Poppay Ki Wedding, Khushhal Khan has carved a niche for himself. Previously, he was last seen as the young Jaffar in a Zee Zindagi series Barzakh that was banned on air for a few days due to content issues. But again since Khushhal Khan did not have much screen time and his character was limited to a cameo, he was not impacted much by the anger.

A Rising Star with Clear Views on Content

Duniyapur on Green TV is the next project of Khushhal and to publicize this drama Khushhal gave an interview to Fuchsia Magazine. At some point, Khushhal got to express some deep thoughts about content, violence that is present in media and how audiences must deal with the rapidly growing pool of entertainment.

In Duniyapur, Khushhal Khan plays a character in a narrative that involves higher levels of violence, leading to debates regarding the appropriateness of such content for viewers. Khushhal however gave a more realistic and reasonable statement regarding the matter out of the two.

“People Have the Choice”: Khushhal Khan on Watching Content

Khushhal’s stance on consuming media is quite clear: people are free to choose what they want to watch. Even when detailing violence shown in Duniyapur, he stressed free choice when it comes to what we want to watch and be bothered by.

He explained, “There is a lot of content available these days, and everyone has the option to choose what they want to watch. ” Khushhal’s advice is simple: if there is something that you find you do not want to do, then which you feel you do not like, you can always delete it. He also stated that he has a personal policy against watching distasteful videos or content that he feels is not for him.

A Modern Actor with Down-to-Earth Attitude

It is rather impressive to see Khushhal Khan exhibit such a mature approach to content for someone his age. In a world where so many times one cannot tell the difference between a show and a real-life event, Khushhal has proven that the audience is king. Speaking in front of the audience, he said: “Nowadays there is one thing that we can hardly lack and it is content.” “If something offends and disgusts you or it is boring, there is no need to stay and watch it.”

This is an aspect that perhaps can be said to be missing or at least not as well implemented in Khushhal. He knows that watching some shows and films sometimes involves controversies but he has shifted from them to individual freedom. His views are very much germane to today’s world of streaming, which provides a seemingly endless catalogue of programmes, some of which can be very amusing others that are deeply disturbing.

Addressing Controversy in Barzakh

Even though Khushhal Khan appeared in only a few episodes of Barzakh, the series was a source of controversy due to its content. When Khushhal discussed Barzakh, he mentioned the criticisms but also pointed out that he was not deeply involved in the project. However, much attention was paid to criticism and controversy, and Khushhal avoided all this to concentrate on his production.

Khushhal fully understands what an actor’s function is and what consequences specific projects may bring. He thinks that it is okay to post something that may cause controversy or offend someone because the viewers have the right to choose what they want to watch.
